Kickstart your new year with a new you. They’ll be a mix of different workouts, designed to get your body strong, learn the best things to eat and drink, then top it off with tips and tools to de-stress and calm your mind. Expect to work hard as you take part in sessions of cross-fit, spin, boxing and more. Whether fitness is a regular part of life already, or you’re just starting your journey, this week is about showing up, pushing through and celebrating progress.
